Mike has worked on a wide variety of projects since starting at bb7, both internal and external, and even helped make the sign you see behind him!

Starting his journey in the field by combining his love for design and construction, Mike discovered his calling during high school. His pursuit led him to the model making program at Bemidji State University, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for an exceptional career.

When asked for his advice for new professionals, Mike emphasizes the importance of embracing mistakes and stepping out of one’s comfort zone. His belief in the power of quick and simple prototypes to uncover valuable insights is a testament to his growth mindset.

Outside the office, Mike cherishes quality time with his family. Whether it’s bonding over outdoor adventures with his son, supporting his kids at high school sports events with his wife, or indulging in his daughter’s DND club by 3D printing figurines, family holds a special place in his heart.
